The first phase, which is currently live at JACK Thistledown Racino, includes the cashless funding feature which enables remote enrollment, the deposit of funds to the wallet via mobile, kiosk, and cage options, along with touchless access to funds at the kiosks via the 'Money To Go' ($ToGo) feature.
Jack Entertainment said digital wallet technology will slowly be phased in, once approved by regulators. JACK Thistledown Racino recently installed the first commercial digital wallet implementation in a Northeast Ohio gaming facility, with an anticipated launch at JACK Cleveland Casino to follow. The new cashless mobile wallet system utilizes Everi’s digital CashClub Wallet technology. Two JACK Entertainment Cleveland casinos, Thistledown Racino and JACK Cleveland Casino announced that they will be implementing a new digital cashless system, JACK Mobile Wallet, a cashless mobile wallet system made by Everi Holdings, a Las Vegas digital wallet creator. The first phase includes the cashless funding feature along with touchless access to funds via the 'Money To Go' feature, and the next one includes direct funding of gameplay at the VLT and slot machines.
The two casinos will be implementing JACK Mobile Wallet, a new digital cashless system made by Everi, which will slowly be phased in at both facilities once approved by regulators.
